I like YOs because they are an "oops" stitch with purpose.
I like most stitches that switch it up like moss stitch where you do the opposite of what you normally do, i.e. purl the knits and knit the purls.
Stitch I hate: p2tog tbl. So awkward! I usually knit tightly so this stitch definitely gets my tongue to creep out of the corner of my mouth and my brow to furrow with the effort of knitting this stitch.
